NCQA's Health Plan Report Cards list commercial, Medicare, Medicaid and Exchange health plans based on their combined HEDIS, CAHPS and NCQA Accreditation standards scores. On the NCQA site, locate and provide a link to health plans that provides services in the state of CALIFORNIA.
