1) From an economics viewpoint, does wearing masks and/or getting the vaccine promote positive externality or negative externality in the current COVID-19 environment? Explain.

2) Many governments worldwide (including the Canadian Federal Govt and the Ontario Provincial Govt) have implemented a "Vaccine Passport" policy for many sectors and specific industries in the economy.
