The Nice Paris Attack involved a Commercial Vehicle driving through a crowd killing over 80 people. Vehicles are nothing new to terrorism, but how can we prevent Terrorists from driving trucks or cars into crowds? What could Paris Police have done to prevent this? What can they do in the U.S to prevent this from happening? Three to Four paragraphs please :)
