3. You cannot use cases from the course textbook

4. Please choose cases from the year 2000 until the present

5. Select legal cases from Canada [the Province of Ontario is preferred]

6. Please thoroughly outline the facts in chronological order for each legal case

7. Outline the legal violations (Torts) raised in both cases

8. Identify the remedies (potential remedies if the case is in progress)

9. All case sources and sites properly using footnotes, APA and a Bibliography.
