The objective is to evaluate tools available to enhance understanding of psychodynamic followership.

I learned that psychodynamic followership regarding the relationship between leader and follower is taking shape in the study of leadership. The concept involves analysis of personality traits as well as clear understanding of appropriate leadership style.
