The objective of all the group assignments is to understand the concepts of project management through the review and analysis of the Pizza Delivered Quickly (PDQ) case from the text and the creation of various deliverables for the case. In your groups, using the APA format create a Project charter using Microsoft Word with sections based on items in the assignment rubric. Note: Each member of the project team will be evaluated and gain their own grades based on the project performance and individual contribution. Grades will be granted via analysis of the RACI chart that is part of every assignment. If the team indicates that an individual did not participate in the assignment, a zero grade will be provided.
