The Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) defines safety regulations on working environments to protect workers from unsafe conditions. The safety level of the working environment is categorized in the following categories based on the working temperature in degrees Fahrenheit:

(i) If the temperature is equal to or lower than 91F, the risk is assessed as Low.

(ii) If the temperature is higher than 91F and equal to or lower than 103F, the risk is assessed as Moderate.

(iii) If the temperature is higher than 103F and equal to or lower than 115F, the risk is assessed as High.
