The Options that are appropriate for one
entrepreneurial venture may be completely
inappropriate for another.
This statement is true. It is imperative that the
entrepreneurs do take a step of making the
decisions which are valid and right for them.
There are a few rules and frameworks which
enable the entrepreneurs in analysing the
circumstances in which they are found to be,
establishing the priorities amongst the
opportunities and the difficuties faced by them
and making the rational decision that will be
lucrative for them in the future. These
frameworks are applied to all entrepreneurs
irrespective of the size of their business or the
scale of their business. For example a printing
cafe or a bookseller who are seeking a good
profit margin. The entrepreneurs are supposed to
use only the framework which evaluates the
position of their company and the potential for
growth, and not when the problems arise.
The framework of growth comprises of a three
phase series of questions.
1. Clarification of the goals of an entrepreneur.
2. Strategies for achieving these goals.
3. Assessing the ability to fulfil the strategies
Each entrepreneur must analyse the basics,
futuristic issues before they understand the
details and the refinements. The approach is not
a universally applicable rigid methodology.
What are the discussion on this statement.
