The organisers of a cycle race have been told that the weather forecast for the day of the race is extreme heat. In order to prevent the cyclists from suffering heat related issues, they decide to construct a water storage container so that cyclists can access cold water at the end of their race to cool down.

The water is to be stored in an open rectangular container, without a cover. The tank has a base length twice its width and is to be made from120 m²of metal.
