Prepare a presentation that will be shared with the senior leadership team. The presentation should focus on practices that the organization can implement, including the following:

• What is the role of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in improving employee engagement?
• How do you leverage compensation plans to motivate employees?
• How can the organization leverage performance management to support employees in their career development aspirations?
• What is the role of culture in improving employee engagement?
• How can communication be improved in the organization?

Submitting your assignment in APA format means, at a minimum, you will need the following:

• Title slide: Remember the running head. The title should be in all capitals.
• Length: 15 slides minimum
