The Organizational Culture Exercise #4 is found on p. 94 of Larson. This exercise is an individual exercise with a point value of 50 points. Key guidance: "The purpose of this exercise is to obtain information about the organizational culture of two different companies. You can go about this task by searching " organizational culture and corporate vision and values." Note: One of the companies you select may be one your work for currently or for which you worked in the past. At least one of the two companies must be one in which you do not have any experience or affiliation. For each organization, address the four domains (physical characteristics, public documents, behavior, and folklore) identified in Figure 3.6 Organizational Culture Diagnosis Worksheet (p. 88). The length of your submission is a minimum of two pages (double-spaced, one-inch margins, 11 or 12 font). Prompt 1: What are the espoused values and beliefs of the companies? Prompt 2: Use the worksheet in Figure 3.6 to assess the Web page (for each organization). What does the Web page reveal about the culture of this organization? Would this culture be conducive to effective project management
