The owner of a theater negligently failed to install the requisite number of emergency exits and water sprinklers. During a presentation of Disney$$s $$The Lion King,$$ an intoxicated audience member, who had smuggled in a flask of whisky, got carried away and took out another small flask filled with gasoline $($that he has also smuggled into the show$),$ poured the gasoline all over himself, lit a match, and set himself on fire. The entire theater was quickly ablaze, but there was only one emergency exit and not enough sprinklers to control the fire. Thus many people were casualties in the stampede. Will the theater owner be liable for negligence?
