The past challenge that I was confronted with was to resolve the conflict between the group members that erupted while we all were working on the group project that was being allotted to us by our operation management professor. At that time, it was getting difficult for the team members to resolve the conflict and no one was ready to adjust with each other.

I was the group leader and since I was having good communication skills, I asked all the members to come for the meeting and I asked the problems of each of the team members. I explained to them that such situations would frequently occur in life and that we need to mutually resolve such issues through constructive communication.

All the members started communicating with each other and sharing their problems. They accommodated each other$$s views and problems and the conflict among them was resolved.
