The Perfect Tender rule requires:

Buyers to Accept and pay for conforming goods.

Buyers to reject nonconforming goods.

Buyers to perform a reasonable inspection prior to acceptance.

Sellers to provide conforming goods but they can be late.

Sellers to provide goods in a manner that conforms to all material aspects of the contract.
