2. Deisgn N-bit uniform quantizer function by x(nTs), Input is sampled signal, and N(Quantization bits)

3. Plot x(nTS), and output y(nTs)

4. Draw quantization error

5. Calculate error signal power and signal power, and SQNR by db scale in MATLAB
