The Peter Dube Local Municipality has requested you to deliver project management services to them. You will manage the implementation of a road infrastructure project. You are required to draw a WBS with RAMs for the projects implementation phase. The name of the project is Peter Dube Roads Solution. Draw a diagram of the WBS up to 3 levels and indicate the RAMs.

The scope for the implementation phase of the project is as follows: you (students name) are the project manager for the project. Site preparation will be responsible for all excavation and filling earthworks and will be led by the senior manager, Barry Mupita. Two managers report to Mupita, namely Luthando Moloi, who is in charge of excavations, and Thandi Mahlangu, who handles the earthworks. The subcontractors will be managed by Sbu Khumalo, while the procurement unit is managed by Jan Smit. The financial management is run by Nora Peters, who reports to Jan Smit. Administrative support will be managed by Tony Mabe and the document control section under Tiny Lehobye will also report to him.
