The picture above is a table in excel that is meant to track grades for a class. I set conditional formatting for the 'points earned' column to strike through the lowest score for the SAM Projects as the lowest score is dropped and not counted towards the final grade. The formatting is set so that the lowest number in the SAM project range will have a strike through (so if the next graded imputed was a 5, the strike through would leave the 8.1 and move to the 5). My question is how do I omit the lowest grade which is dropped from the totals while making sure it updates if a lower grade is imputed. In other words, how to I get the totals to not count whatever value in the 'points earned' column is the smallest and its corresponding 'points possible' and 'grade(%)' values? Please Help!
