The Principal Consultant has decided that the Recruitment, Selection and Induction Policy and Procedures requires line managers, rather than human resources personnel to develop position descriptions. The Principal Consultant has approached you to discuss the appointment of an Accounts Ofcer. As the Principal Consultant was not able to make the information and training session that you conducted in Assessment Task 2, you are required to meet with them to provide support and training in compteting the position description. You will provide the template to the Principal Consultant and provide support and training to assist the Principal Consultant to complete the template with the job role details following your meeting.
