The product I chose to create is a car seat that adjusts on its own to each babys specific body. Once the baby is placed in the car seat and the arms are placed through the straps the straps will then buckle itself to fit the body of the baby to ensure safety while on the road. OVERVIEW In many organizations, the assignment and completion of projects are increasingly completed in months or years. The use of technology, such as teleconferences, video-teleconferences, and computer technology, has allowed organizations to reduce the costs of sending employees crosscountry or even overseas. To succeed in this environment, you must adapt and react to changing business dynamics in the marketplace. This assignment provides the experience to help you learn to develop a dynamic marketing plan. INSTRUCTIONS You will consider a new product that does not exist and is not an iteration of an existing product. The product does not have to be realistic (e.g., a flying car) but should be of interest to a specific target market. Then, consider a company that might produce the product. Seek approval from your instructor about the company/product chosen before you begin work. The marketing plan has four assignments. MARKETING Plan: Situation ANalysis 4.1. SWOT Analysis 4.2. Industry Analysis 4.3. Competitor Analysis 4.4. Company Analysis 4.5. Customer Analysis
