The project aims to create a mobile application for your class. Assume the following: This application would include a home page with links to a syllabus for the class, lecture notes or other instructional information, links to the website of the textbook, and links to personal pages for each member of your groups and future classes. Your instructor is the project sponsor, the group leader is the project manager, your group members are your project team (human resources). you have 2 months to complete the project and the cost of the project is 7000 $. The outline of the project should include the following: Task number, Task Name, Duration, Start date, Finish dates and Predecessor. The phases from initiation phase till closing the project. Subtasks for each phase and specify the time for each task. Meetings or communication task after finishing each phase. Project Submission items: Prepare the outline for the project (project management plan). Use Projectlibre software (Or any project Management software) to do the following: 1. Create the Gantt chart according to outline that you develop in 2 months. 2. Make link of all tasks according to the Predecessor/Link. 3. Add human resources (groups members). 4. Prepare WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). 5. In WBS, as you are Project manager Your total budget is 7000 $ You can manage the resources and their Standard Rate and Overtime Rate, and it will show in WBS. 6. Prepare Network Diagram. Project Submission Guidelines: 1. Take all the steps screenshot (From starting to end) with your name, make a single pdf file and submit on the given deadline. Use project manager name as leader name. 2. The submission deadline is 30 Jan 2023. 3. Copied project will count pilgrims and it will be graded zero mark. 4. Project submitted after due date will not be accepted; it will be late and will have zero mark. 5. Only the group leader is supposed to submit the project on BB.
