The Project Assessment 1 is based on the Unit of Competency: SITXHRM002 Roster staff You are required to: Develop staff rosters for a 4-star hotel or Identify a Hospitality business on which to base the project (Requires Assessor approval) Rosters must show: Full names of employees and employee numbers All rosters must show date, times must be in a 24-hour clock Current paid rate for employees using local state awards must be shown RDO or Not required NR Days Breaks must be on the roster (Dinner) Name 1 Public holiday per cycle Trading times for example 7.am -12 am Show holidays for 1 permanent staff member
