Read the case study from Chapter 9 of Operations Management, titled Tip Top Markets (pp. 415-417):

Review the prepared charts and graphs below. Look for trends, relationships, and unexpected data. For example, why are complaints higher on Tuesdays? Use your knowledge/experience of grocery stores and at least one external research source. Think beyond the obvious to draw your assumptions and then make recommendations.
