The purpose of the assignment is to facilitate the learning of data modeling concepts through models developed by individuals. Things to be considered in the applications to be developed:

Creating a model with at least 15 tables for vaccination tracking system.

The characteristics and relationships of the tables are in the model.

Step by step analysis of the normalization steps for a table with multiple relationships in the model.

It will briefly be stated which entity-tables will be used for what purpose.

Only special rules will be added in the relational data model that cannot be directly specified.
