The purpose of the process evaluation is to ensure implementation is successful. Attendance and satisfaction of individuals and workgroup participants at each session will be measured to evaluate whether the program activities are engaging. A successful program delivery also relies on confident and educated trainers, so it will be important to regularly meet with the class trainer to ensure sessions are going as planned
