The purpose of this activity is to, as a group, consider and develop a fully functioning organization.

Instructions

First, you will work in your group to develop a fully functioning organization. The organization needs to be one that addresses a social issue /need of your choice. Explain the various components of this social agency / organization and explain how it works to meet the social need. Provide a substantive final group response in approximately a hundred and twenty words. Remember to reference your resources appropriately according to APA guidelines.

In your final response, address the following:

• Is it centralized or decentralized? Why?
• What are the channels of communication?
• Is it formal or informal?
