You will be interviewing a manager/leader from your organization (FedEx Ground) in Canada, Ontario. as part of your analysis. you are going to work on three chapters from your book (Richard Daft, (2018) The Leadership Experience, 7th Edition, Cengage Learning Inc.). These chapters are Motivation and Empowerment (Ch. 8) and Chapter 10: Leading Teams

You Created questions that you will ask at your interview to help you uncover how this particular organization deals with these chapters on your book.

You are going to write a report after the interview:

A report will have the following key elements (Solve the following):

1. After you chose to search "Leading Teams ", you would include what our text tells us about Leading Teams and compare and contrast it with what you learned actually happens in "real life" at the company. This may come from your interview and also from research you did online. You can add interest to your report by including direct quotes from the individual you interviewed as well as charts and/ graphs.(Four Paragraphs) . Please don't forget to put references at the end.

2) Write the Proposal detailing key elements in the project and what each person on your team completed (you are a team of four people to do the report) (Five Paragraphs)

3) Write a Conclusion that include a synopsis about what you learned.(Two Paragraphs)
