Part 1: Employee Monitoring

  1. Provide an overview of employee monitoring by employers outside the workplace.
  2. Discuss relevant laws relating to the ability of employers to monitor employees during nonwork hours and nonwork activities.
  3. Explain two legal standards and regulations for workplace employee monitoring that are critical for successful business operations.
