The purpose of this assignment is to collect feedback from the mentee on the effectiveness of "Individual Development Plan" as well as their perspective regarding the application of coaching or mentoring techniques. To collect feedback on your mentee's experiences, required to ask your mentee to complete the evaluation you developed in Topic 6 that was approved by your instructor.

Provide your mentee with access to the evaluation tool along with instructions for them to complete it and return it to you in time for you to submit it by the due date. You will turn in the document, provide screenshots, or whatever information the mentee provides that shows their original responses.
