The purpose of this assignment is to develop an online questionnaire using Google Forms. This is a group assignment that must be completed by the group you created for your research project. The questionnaire you create in this case study will be used to collect data for your group project, so it must be relevant to the research question that you selected for your group project. The questionnaire should have the following sections. 1. Introduction section (must have) 2. Warm-up question (only if necessary) 3. Skip or display logic (only if necessary) 4.
