The purpose of this assignment is to help you prepare for research paper proposals. Please identify (in bullet point form):

• Your country choice (cannot be Canada)
• The issue area you will examine (cannot be an issue/country covered in the lectures, e.g. the Civil Rights Movement in the U.S.
• Your thesis statement
  • At this point, you do not need to explain which class theory explains the change best, because we haven't discussed these theories yet. Simply state whether the court has impacted politics and how (e.g. impact on legislation etc..)
• One peer-reviewed research article you intend to use as a resource
