In this question, PLEASE STATE THE ANSWER. However, I need you to explain in GREAT detail what I am actually doing step by step.

It ask for the "cost of line". What is the cost of a line? What does that even mean? How do we get the cost of the line? Where do these numbers come from? How did you get those numbers?

After that, we have to generate the equation (cost function) to get the runtime of the algorithm. How do we format this equation? How did you know to do that? and again what is the cost function? What does that even mean?
