The purpose of this assignment is to successfully apply mediation techniques as a leader in healthcare. In addition, students will be required to provide feedback to peers to identify future learning opportunities in the area of conflict resolution.

Assignment Instructions:

1. conflict scenario in healthcare (between two individuals):
2. Ensure that you provide specific detail, including context, background, contributing factors, points of view, etc.
3. Should be based on a personal example but do not include the outcome as you will be mediating the scenario in class.
4. Write two character descriptions that will include the "personality styles" that will be acted in the conflict scenario.
5. Identify the conflict resolution steps that you plan to practice in the scenario to resolve the conflict.
