The Interview: Choose your interviewee. Your interviewee could be any employee. You can talk to a manager, an owner, etc. You must include evidence that you met with this person. This could be a photo of the two of you, a screen shot of a Skype call, their contact information, an email confirming the meeting, your rough notes, etc.
