• Understand existing legal frameworks, international treaties, and industry standards related to these technologies.

Select a Technology Domain:

• Choose a specific technology domain (e.g., AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, biotechnology, data privacy, intellectual property, digital rights).
• Consider its legal implications, ethical dilemmas, and potential conflicts.

Case Studies and Comparative Analysis:

• Analyze real-world case studies related to your chosen domain.
• Compare how different countries or regions handle similar issues (e.g., GDPR vs. CCPA).
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and their impact on innovation, privacy, and security.

Policy Proposals:

• Develop policy proposals to address gaps or shortcomings in current regulations.
• Consider balancing innovation with public interest, protecting individual rights, and fostering fair competition.
• Propose practical solutions that account for technological advancements and societal needs.

• Make a comprehensive presentation summarizing your findings. This presentation could be created using PowerPoint and should include audio recordings over slides with the total presentation being a minimum of 10 minutes long. The final submission should include a copy of the PowerPoint slides and a YouTube link to the presentation recording.
