The purpose of this paper is to identify a leader (not a parent) who has been particularly successful or particularly unsuccessful in achieving positive outcomes. Present a brief summary of a situation that highlights when they were successful (or not), then analyze and assess it through the lens of leadership theory. What went right and why? What went wrong and why? What recommendations would you make to improve the successful outcome or to turn around the unsuccessful outcome to one of success? Support your analysis, assessment and conclusions with theory we have learned throughout out the term. You should apply at least two leadership theories or approaches in this analysis.
