Situation 1- We have taught operations by doing group activity of lego's as how the processes are reliable and repeatable. 4 teams were divided and whoever does the process in less time and proper, wins the game. This is more related to operation management tools

Situation 2- We have given a situation to construct a house with respect to costing and we were told in groups to find the cost budgeting. This is more related to project management tools
