The purpose of this project is to identify and apply project management concepts/tools to solve problems in managing project. To this purpose, you should find an interesting project that you would like to work on from the real business world and think about how you can apply the required project management concepts to solve the problem.

More specifically, each group should:

Find a real-world project (from your own work experience or from any business articles/cases)

Define the scope, responsibility, and activity sequence of the project

Develop the project schedule

Identify the resources available and plan the resource utilization

Determine the costs, budget, and earned value of the project

Managing the potential risk of the project.
