Idea: Does the distance from Amazon's headquarter building affect the monthly rent? Use the Seattle Rentals data to see if the average listed rent for apartments near the headquarter building is greater than for apartments further away.

Instructions

From the data set, give the quantitative variable and the group variable.

By using Excel, find the mean, standard deviation, and sample size for each group.

Give an appropriate plot to compare groups.
