- How did the website's DESIGN help or hinder the user?
Recommend improvements to the website.
Report including:
Website selected
User Persona
- Flowchart of user interaction with site
Flowchart of the user's website tasks and interactions for achieving the goal:
- Must properly use flowchart symbols and connections.
Submit as PDF.
