The question "are leaders born or made?" is the age-oldnature vs. nurture debate applied to leaders and leadership ability. When you ask yourself that question, you may find that you have a predisposition to one or the other, or perhaps you fall somewhere in the middle...and yet there still might be a slight tug to one side.

In a 2-page paper choose a side and present your arguments backed with some citations to help support your side. If you choose the middle, as in leaders are a product of both the traits they possess and their education, experience, etc. then you must create a compelling, yet succinct argument. Use examples where appropriate to help create a persuasive argument for your stance.

Submita 2-page paper, (independent of the title page and reference page) that is double-spaced. All citations should be in APA format.
