The question is regrading the code of ethics in the organization. By considering any employer or organizational leader consider the following terms.

Do they (employers) have a code of ethics and if they do is it documented? also how is it enacted (or not) to become a part of the organizational culture.

Also if they (employers) do not have any code of ethics, do organizational leaders follow an unwritten code? and how does the unwritten code manifest itself as a part of the organizational culture?
