The required behavior of the program

wholesale.py$,$ given below, is to calculate and display the total amount, after taxes, to be paid for purchased items. The prices of the purchased items are stored in the list prices, randomly generated for the purpose of this exercise. In order to reward their clients, the wholesaler does not charge sales tax on items whose prices are lower than the second highest item price in the list of purchased items. The applicable sales tax rate is $13\%.$
