The Scenario Mrs. Dalen had just bought Suzuki 2018 model for a price $2,000 for her son, Mr. Dandy, who just passed an entry exam at a prestigious university (LUCT) in Phnom Penh. She promised Mr. Dandy she will buy him a Honda Dream 2023 model ($3,000) if Dandy gets grade A in 90% of the university subjects for his first year achievement. Dandy obtained grade A in all subjects. One day, he lost his Suzuki 2018 while parking at one of the malls. Case 1 Mr. Bob, 19, was arrested by police as a suspect for stealing Mr. Dandy's Suzuki. Mr. Bob stole the motorbike to raise money for gambling with his friend, Mr. Tony. Bob's action of stealing was recorded by a CCTV camera at the mall. Prior to the arrest, nearly 80% of the money obtained from selling the bike was used to buy drugs (Heroine). Bob and Mr. Tony used the remaining money in gambling.
