The Scenario: : Week 4, Friday 11:59pm (AWST) : 20% : 3 minutes ( /- 10%) : 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 Your company has called for an internal Expression of Interest (EOI) for a senior role - Global Human Resource (HR) Director. This role requires the senior leader to work closely with the regional HR business partners across regions in Southeast Asia. The Global HR Director has to be culturally competent and skillful when interacting with stakeholders across the regions. One of the first initiatives that the Global HR Director has to roll out after being appointed is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Programme. Considering cultural differences, managing diversity equitably and inclusively is one of the strategic thrusts in achieving the company's sustainability goals. As part of the EOI, interested candidates have to submit a 3-minute introduction video of themselves. Shortlisted candidates will go on to the next round of face-to-face interview.
