The second conference I attended was all about women in leadership roles, and every single breakout session had the five components of Joanna Barsh's centered leadership model as its foundation. When this class started six weeks ago, I didn't believe that any of the videos would ever apply to me and/or my career goals moving forward. I stand corrected. I not only whole-heartedly believe the model is effective, but this week I met hundreds of amazing women who were successful entrepreneurs, lawyers, doctors, musicians, etc. and every single one of them owed their successes, and failures, to a centered leadership model. Moving forward, this model will be my guiding light.
