In a study to examine the customer stisfaction of four major car brands (OVunday, ford, Toyota and GML a survey of 25 consumers who recently porchased vehicles from each brand was conducted. The survey reipondents were aked to race their satisfaction on a 5 point tikert sale, with 1 being the highly unswtisfied and 5 being the extremely satisfied. The results of this survey are given below.
