Data given for shell is design pressure=0.55N/mm; Nozzle diameter 100mm permissible stress=100N/mm^2, joint efficiency-85%. Estimate the actual values in mm of (i) Inside diameter of shell (i) thickness of shell and (ii) Nozzle thickness. Neglect corrosion allowance and take proportionality factor, B=0.7. Use estimated shell thickness only for other thickness calculations
