The paper will focuson any topic of Organizational Behavior covered in the class, exceptthe midterm case paper topics. The midterm case paper focused onbusiness ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility.The paper will select a topic from the ones we study in this class andan entity, such as a specific leader or company. It will then applytheories & concepts of the selected topic to the selected entity. Theresearch will rely on reputable resources, namely peer review and toppractitioner journal articles. The module readings, postedbibliographies, and authors’ research in the Touro library provide
ample reputable resources.The paper focuses on analysis and apply theories & concepts of theselected topic to the selectedThe signature paper cannot be the same as the case paper; it shouldfocus on a different topic than business ethics and corporate socialresponsibility; it will tackle other companies than the midterm ones.Throughout the session, students work towards the signature paper insome of the TDS. They include: topic selection, researched resources
(peer-reviewed articles and top business journals articles), as well asthe introduction and annotated bibliography.

In the introduction, the paper provides the roadmap of the paper. Itsuccinctly explains the paper selected topic; it lists theories &concepts of the selected topic it will employ; it declares the entity itwill analyze based on researched facts & data, as well as theories &concepts will apply to it.
