The spreadsheet in the next tabs contains population data from the 2020 US census. Use this data to compute the allocation of members of the house of representatives (there are 435 of them) each state would receive using Hamilton's method. Please note that this is not the current method used. Then look up the updated representation for each state and compare the two outcomes. Don't forget, every state must have at least 1 representative
