The Starbucks App lets you order on the way, pay with your phone, track Stars and Rewards, find stores, and so much more. In addition, the app has a lot of other features. Gather information related to offer up by visiting their website https://www.starbucks.com/coffeehouse/mobile-apps, downloading and navigating through their mobile app, and watching videos on YouTube in regards to apps features.

Then answer the following: Note: the same case study (Starbucks App) will be used for HW2.

1. Write a vision document for the Starbucks app that summarizes the problems description, system capabilities, and benefits. [Use your own words and your own logic. Copying text from the website is not acceptable]. 20 points.

2. Draw a use case diagram for Starbucks mobile app. 40 points.

3. List at least 2 competitions to for Starbucks that have their own mobile app? 5 points.

4. Go to the google store (android) or the app store (iOS), search for the two apps you listed

   in the previous question. Then, skim through the reviews for each of the apps and summarize the features that customers are complaining about in each of the two apps. 5 point.

5. List any temporal or state use cases in the Starbucks app. 10 points.
